ABOUT LITTLE STORIES PRINTS

My original artworks are TINY. Approximately 11cm wide and 11-16cm high, this size gives me the convenience of being able to draw them wherever I go. It’s a delight for me to have them professionally scanned, printed up to ten times larger on a beautiful textured watercolour paper and find forgotten details revealed in the process!

My European collection was drawn in a Japanese Traveller’s Company Notebook. Drawings of Erskineville, Newtown and other Australian suburbs are on smooth watercolour paper. I use a Uni-ball black pen and Caran d’Ache colour pencils.

#1 POPULAR PRINT

The iconic Imperial Hotel in Erskineville, just a couple of streets away from my home, is famous for its drag shows, its latest brilliant facelift and for being featured in the movie Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Locals and travellers of any sexual orientation are made to feel welcome here which may be one reason why this print is selling so well. It’s available in 15-20cm size and a fabulous A2 poster size. Look for it in my SHOP!

superb print quality

This image below is a close-up of one of my prints. It shows the texture of the paper (textured watercolour rag, 100% cotton, made in Italy, 310gsm) and the quality of the printing. The original artworks were scanned by Nicholas Greenwich, Director and Master printer from the The Print Lab, Sydney. The combination of scanned pencil drawings and textured watercolour paper results in a stunning print that looks like an original artwork
